Wild Mukitake Mushroom of Changbai Mountain

Mukitake is a unique fungus native to Changbai Mountain. It has the function of relieving rigidity of muscles and activating collaterals. It is rich, meaty and savory. The dishes could be prepared and cooked either fried, stewed, braised or grilled.

Usage: Please soak in clean water until soft before cooking. Recommended Recipe: Mukitake Stir-fried with Beef – Stir-fry the marinated beef with prepared mushrooms for 3 minutes. It is delicious!
