Suggested cooking methods:
(Method 1) Wash all the Chinese herbs before putting to the soup pot, and add 3 litres of water all together. Make the soup with medium to low heat for 2 hours.
(Method 2) Adding ingredients like crocodile fillets, Sichuan fritillary, sweet corn, red carrot for making soup will be highly recommended.
Store in a cool dry place or refrigerator!
